Using the I-Port

Applying

Step 1: Remove the backing from the adhesive pad and then remove the needle guard
Step 2: Pinch the skin at site of insertion and apply the I-Port™
Step 3: Press the adhesive firmly against the skin
Step 4: Hold the I-Port™ in place when removing the insertion needle

Injecting

Step 1: Ensure that the septum is clean before every use
Step 2: Locate and puncture the resealable septum
Step 3: Inject medication into the delivery channel
Step 4: Remove and dispose of syringe and needle or pen after injection

Removing

Step 1: Grab the edge of the adhesive and pull until removed from body
