William Ambruzs provides oversight and policy direction regarding the Company's industrial operations, intellectual property and operations management. Mr. Ambruzs joined Patton Medical Devices in 2006 and has a background in intellectual property law and business management.

Mr. Ambruzs attended Monmouth University and the University of Texas College of Engineering in Austin and received his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas.
