John Burns is responsible for developing the Company's business strategy and overseeing the day-to-day operations. Prior to joining Patton Medical Devices in 2004, Mr. Burns was a corporate attorney with DuBois, Bryant, Campbell and Schwartz, LLP, in Austin, Texas.

Mr. Burns received his Juris Doctor from The University of Texas School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas.
