Chris Donnelly joined Patton Medical Devices (Patton) as Chief Financial Officer in March 2004. In 2007, Mr. Donnelly was promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Patton to assist with the strategic planning for the company.

Prior to joining Patton Medical Devices, Mr. Donnelly worked in the Business Risk Services group of Ernst and Young, LLP, in Austin, where he assisted companies with Sarbanes Oxley implementation, execution of internal audits, assessment of business risks and process improvements.

Mr. Donnelly received his Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Professional Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin, and is a certified public accountant in the state of Texas. Currently, Mr. Donnelly serves on the BioAustin Funding & Commercialization Committee.
