Chris Donnelly provides expertise in corporate development, finance and accounting. Prior to joining Patton Medical Devices, Mr. Donnelly worked in the Business Risk Services group of Ernst and Young, LLP, in Austin, where he assisted companies with internal audits, risk management and process improvements.

Mr. Donnelly is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Professional Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin.
